Belinda Chlouber

Belinda Chlouber’s mixed media pieces reflect on humanity’s relationship to the natural world and how we can create a shift in our collective values such that all life can thrive. She loves to research contemporary issues as inspiration for her artwork. This love led her to research the climate crisis and work to understand and appreciate the relationship to other creatures and the natural world. Her piece, Love Conquers, is a whimsical reminder of our connectedness to all beings. Her artwork is her voice in this struggle. She is often reminded of what Ernest Shackleton said, “Optimism is true moral courage.”
